Description
As students at Syracuse University, it is startling to see the income inequality between the people on campus and the people in the city. Living here for the past three years has really opened my eyes to a different reality from the one I am so used to. Empathy is one of the most important traits to have. With that in mind, we wanted to show what poverty feels like through one of its most visible manifestations: panhandling.
This student campaign titled 'POVerty: On the Curb' was published in United States in April, 2018. It was created for the brand: Oxfam, by ad school: S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
