Silk Canada is stepping confidently into the high-protein conversation with the launch of its creative campaign for its latest innovation Silk Protein, a first to market plant-based beverage in Canada that is designed for those seeking a tasty and nutritious start to their day. Developed in partnership with Havas Creative Canada, the national campaign makes one thing clear: plants have power.
As more Canadians look to increase their protein intake without giving up plant-based choices, Silk Protein delivers a meaningful boost while staying true to what the brand does best: great taste, plant-powered ingredients, and essential nutrients. The launch marks an important move for Silk as it expands its portfolio and doubles down on leadership in a category that continues to evolve.
Set to the unmistakable beat of Snap!’s hit “I’ve Got the Power,” Silk Canada’s campaign introduces the line “I Got the Plant Power” and brings a shot of energy to the breakfast table through a playful and confident tone. With this campaign, Silk is embracing a bolder, more attention-grabbing creative approach to break through in the growing protein category.
“We wanted to have fun with it,” said Jack Latulippe, Chief Creative Officer at Havas Creative Canada. “Protein can quickly become a serious, functional conversation. But this product gives you something real, energy, strength and confidence to start your day. Using a track like ‘I’ve Got the Power’ let us express that benefit in a way people can actually feel.”

The national campaign will run across online video, social and audio platforms, in-store, sampling and out-of-home, bringing bold visuals, recognizable music and a clear product message together to help Silk claim its place in the high-protein plant-based beverage space.
The campaign was brought to life in collaboration with agency partners WPP Media and Edelman.
