Paula’s Ibiza 2026
Description
The vibrancy of summer – an energy that can be seamlessly experienced on holiday or in the city – is the spirit conveyed by LOEWE Paula’s Ibiza 2026. The collection is inspired by the iconic Paula’s boutique, a cherished style destination on the Spanish island, and consists of easy, playful pieces and accessories with a distinct focus on the craft of basketry and crochet.
The 2026 campaign has been captured by artist and photographer Jack Pierson, whose point of view is a natural match with the effortless Paula’s Ibiza ethos. Pierson’s photographs have a diaristic quality; with their deliberate avoidance of polished perfection, and with their saturated hues, they feel like fleeting memories of moments casually enjoyed. The campaign pictures retain the same joyous casualness, like snaps of a jolly summer spent on the coast, bare skin aplenty, the body in bloom. Shot on the beach or in interiors, the images convey an idea of intense yet unstaged seduction, and highlight a connection with the natural world on the sand, on the rocks, near the water. Draped silhouettes, layered shirts with loose trousers, textural dresses and coordinating knitted sets are accessorised with summer bags, and the Featherlight Puzzle, that arrives in a medium size with a new shoulder top handle.
The backdrops suggest island life, while the interiors convey ideas of summer in the city, and the still life images surreally depict bags as characters in marine surroundings around fruit and vegetables. There is a sun-drenched spirit throughout, and a sexy tension that aligns with this refreshed spirit of LOEWE.
LOEWE Paula’s Ibiza 2026 is available in stores and online at loewe.com. This collection is the last of that designed by the LOEWE studio prior to the arrival of creative directors Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez.
