This month Bojangles is celebrating its 45th birthday by shining a light on the people who give the brand its heart: the crew members! On July 6, Bojangles and its Lead Creative Agency since 2019, EP+Co, launched a creative campaign called, “Meet the Crew.” Designed to honor all the amazing crew members who continue to be the heartbeat of the brand, the campaign stars 9 real Bojangles employees who have positively impacted Bo over the years.

By making actual employees the star of the spot, the creative drives home a clear message: Bo is home to handcrafted hospitality because of the dedicated people who always serve Bojangles’ food with a smile. Not every QSR is willing to give its employees the spotlight — but Bo is thrilled to share its people with the world because the people have always been what make Bojangles’ restaurants, food, and name so great.

The EP+Co team conducted interviews with real Bo team members to learn their stories about life at Bo and what it means to be part of the Bo family for the people who experience it firsthand, touching on everything from how they work together as a team to handle a morning rush and how they support each other in difficult times to fun stories about their regular customers. The :30 and :15 campaign spots went live on Regional Broadcast TV starting July 6.
