The reflective screen shows like a mirror in live time.

If a person is detected to be standing still, staring at the screen, or approaching the screen, their photo is taken.

Once the photo is taken, the text blurb will appear with the Wendy’s logo and the entire image stays for about 15 seconds. At this point, there is an option to scan the QR and save the photo to your phone, or you can delete the photo.
