From Tagine Poutine to Churro de Natas , the campaign lets the beautiful game dictate the menu in a hyper-reactive campaign. Lurpak and The Barn have as little as 48 hours from when a matchup is confirmed to develop the recipe, film the episode, edit it, and get it live.

The campaign sits at the intersection of the world's two great unifiers: sport and food. In an era of niche communities and fragmented media, a global football tournament is one of the last monocultural moments on earth. Knockout Dishes uses that to celebrate multicultural cooking. Knockout Dishes is a reactive match-day content series launching across Lurpak's social channels in the UK and Denmark. Each episode fuses the culinary traditions of the two nations facing off that round.
