Pacific Life will be launching two national TV spots during the BMW Golf Tournament titled, “Origin Story” and “Second Act” as part of their latest “Imagine Your Future With Confidence” campaign. This campaign is designed to let people know that when they’re working with a life insurance company that have proven themselves over time through decisions made for the long term, they can start enjoying their retirement well before it begins. With this in mind, INNOCEAN focused on telling relatable and inspiring stories.
Pacific Life wanted their primary target audience to understand they could combat concern with a trusted financial advisor around products that could be trusted. And they wanted to endorse their secondary target, financial advisors who recommend Pacific Life to their clients. INNOCEAN took concepts based on this idea to research – qualitative, online focus groups amongst our target audience- along with proof points illustrating that Pacific Life brand and products are trustworthy. In research it was revealed that Pacific Life’s 150+ years legacy best demonstrated trustworthiness. Trust dispels uncertainty and becomes the single most important message.
