Description
Hunger can change the way we see everyday things. “Hungry? Don’t Wait.” takes that feeling to an absurd extreme, imagining a world where hunger becomes so intense that familiar everyday objects suddenly become irresistible food.
A gamer bites into his keyboard. A driver takes a bite out of a steering wheel. A boxer goes for his boxing glove, while a tablet becomes an unexpected meal. Each execution begins with a familiar, believable situation before introducing one surreal twist: the object being bitten reveals real, appetizing food inside. The characters treat these irrational moments completely seriously, reinforcing the campaign’s playful visual humor.
The creative system is built around a simple human insight: hunger creates impatience, and impatience can make us behave irrationally. Through cinematic photography, realistic environments, subtle performances, and physically believable surrealism, the campaign turns that insight into a consistent visual language.
Developed as an independent conceptual campaign for Talabat, the project includes a campaign film and a series of key visuals designed to work across print, outdoor, and digital applications.
The message is simple: when hunger takes over, don’t wait for everything around you to start looking edible. Order before your hunger takes over.
