In Egypt, many traditional banks are stuck in the past — offering rigid packages, slow service, and a one-size-fits-all mindset. As a result, customers often feel undervalued, unheard, and frustrated. We tapped into that tension and turned it into a cinematic metaphor: a customer literally running from outdated banking. Along the way, he hears the same generic responses from every bank — “We don’t have packages that fit you,” “There’s nothing more we can offer.” These are the phrases that have come to define an industry out of touch with people’s evolving needs.
But when he finally arrives at NBK, the contrast is clear. Everything he’s been looking for — flexible packages, smart tools, tailored experiences — is already there, and it’s all available right from the app.
Because at NBK, we don’t just promise better banking — we design it around you. The customer is always number one. At Egypt’s number one bank.
