Set 300 years after the critically acclaimed Ghost of Tsushima, Ghost of Yōtei is a standalone experience taking place in 17th-century rural Japan. The story follows a tormented and solitary mercenary named Atsu. Fueled by vengeance, she crosses the beautiful yet unforgiving landscapes of northern Japan to hunt down those who murdered her family years ago.
Sixteen years after the tragedy, Atsu's journey through the land of Ezo leads her to uncharted territories in pursuit of a ruthless gang of six outlaws—but she finds much more than mere revenge.
Throughout her open-world journey, Atsu will discover unexpected allies and connections far stronger than she ever imagined.
