Generation Z is a generation that, for various reasons, distrusts traditional banking; therefore, they increasingly prefer other alternatives for their finances, with Fintech being one of them.

We saw a great opportunity to financially support the transgender community with a product that no other banking entity had considered as exclusive for these individuals.

That's how we created the Free Transition Credit, an idea conceived in agency-client work sessions. The creativity of the idea was the process of making the product possible, considering many processes of the financial system, the economic profile of individuals, and the healthcare system.

In a way, the creativity lies in the fact that today there is a product that has successfully financially included the transgender community for these types of procedures, ensuring not only their financial support but also their physical and mental health, directly with reliable and safe clinic.
