Description
The Farmer's Dog has partnered with Alma Har'el for a new campaign celebrating the intimate relationship between people and their dogs. Produced through Epoch, the work uses Har’el’s signature observational style to focus on quiet rituals and everyday moments that reflect the emotional connection at the centre of the brand’s identity.
The campaign includes three films, each exploring a different kind of human-dog bond. “For Everybody’s Dog,” set to What the World Needs Now Is Love, weaves together scenes of companionship and unconditional affection across a range of owners and pets. “The Captain’s Dog” follows a weathered boat captain whose dog constantly seeks moments of play, while “The Girl’s Dog” captures two young sisters hosting a tea party for their oversized Mastiff, highlighting the humour and tenderness of everyday life with dogs.
Running across television, YouTube and social platforms, the campaign also extends into out-of-home advertising in cities including Chicago, Detroit, Minneapolis and St. Louis. In Chicago, the brand incorporated real customers from local neighbourhoods, reinforcing The Farmer’s Dog’s focus on authenticity and emotionally grounded storytelling rather than traditional pet food advertising.
