Description
Plato’s Closet has launched its first national brand campaign, ‘Find the Fit That Fits You’, turning one of the biggest anxieties surrounding the first day of school into an immersive retail experience. Created by Tombras, the campaign is inspired by the insight that many teens are more concerned about how they will be perceived than their return to the classroom. It encourages young shoppers to build confidence by finding an outfit that genuinely reflects their personality.
At the centre of the campaign is a hidden back-to-school simulator installed inside a Plato’s Closet store, where five real teens unknowingly step into a recreated school hallway to test their first-day outfits before classes begin. Directed by TV BOY, the two-minute hero film captures their unscripted reactions, reinforcing the idea that trying on clothes in person and experimenting with different styles can help build confidence ahead of the new school year.
Supporting Plato’s Closet’s broader positioning around affordable, sustainable fashion and self-expression, the campaign launches across CTV, OLV, digital and social. Alongside the hero film, the campaign includes a series of shorter edits and a creator partnership with fashion and lifestyle influencer Sophie Silva. The work also marks Tombras’ first creative campaign for Plato’s Closet following the agency’s appointment as media AOR earlier this year.
