It is seen that people are more likely to forgive your past mistakes if you take ownership of your actions. Bad things happen, mistakes happen. So don’t deny it. United will now take their partnership with Disney (United Disney Vacations) a little further and use their characters to ask for forgiveness and another chance from its customers and audience.
