When you start Stranger Things on Netflix, your phone asks if you want to put your phone on Stranger Mode which is a new version of Do Not Disturb.

When users click on the notification, they will be directed to Netflix where they can opt-in to Stranger Mode.

Stranger Mode will display visuals of your social media apps wrapped in vines, emphasizing that they’re temporarily locked.

If you attempt to open an app, the restricted app screen will come up prompting you to turn your focus back to the show.

If someone sends you a text they’ll receive a text back from you that was written by one of the characters, notifying them that you’re busy watching Stranger Things.
