Description

This campaign for Multiplier was created to position the brand as the undisputed Global Teams Platform and transform a traditional HR industry event experience into an exciting, borderless, cultural movement.

The core strategy was to create a seamless, cohesive, and disruptive journey – from the airport arrival all the way to the conference floor – that physically enacted Multiplier's mission to build a world without limits.

The concept, ‘Destination Multiplier,’ re-imagined the audience's travel to HR Tech, Las Vegas, as their passport to global opportunity. Multiplier didn’t just welcome attendees to Vegas; it welcomed them to the entire world.

This was achieved through a multi-touchpoint airport and billboard takeover:

The global welcome (airport takeover): Digital signage across the airport welcomed attendees not just to Las Vegas, but to global talent hubs like Manila and Bengaluru. This immediately established Multiplier’s global reach and created a visually compelling contrast to the local environment.

The borderless journey (OOH billboards): Messaging continued along the route to the event center, reminding attendees they could land in Vegas and hire in 150+ countries" making the world feel instantly accessible. This reinforced Multiplier's Key Verbal, "Beyond borders," while positioning our platform as the catalyst for immediate global expansion. Ultra-concise copy like 'Global teams use Multiplier' cemented our claim as the category leader.

The world without limits (the booth): The journey culminated at a flagship booth featuring a massive globe, visually representing that Multiplier is the single point of access to 150+ countries.

Ultimately, this campaign succeeded by moving beyond standard event branding to create an integrated, culturally relevant experience. It transformed the physical barriers of travel into the symbolic removal of borders, bureaucracy, and red tape, proving that with Multiplier, opportunity is truly global.
