During Egypt’s cough season, when every brand competes to speak the loudest, Monohexal chose not to speak at all.
This campaign was created with no words, a deliberate creative and regulatory decision to accelerate approval by the Egyptian Ministry of Health and ensure it launches in time for Ramadan 2025, when mass reach and timing matter most.
The story unfolds on a live stage: a singer prepares to perform, but just as the first note is about to hit—he coughs. Then the guitarist. Then the drummer. The music collapses into a symphony of coughs—a rhythmic, viral chain reaction spreading from the band to the audience. The cough becomes the showstopper.
And just when silence and chaos merge, Monohexal steps in. With a single visual cue, the cough melody fades, and harmony returns.
The result is a cinematic, universal film that communicates the disruption caused by cough—without a single spoken word. It’s bold, fast, and emotionally clear, showing how Monohexal ends the noise and restores the performance.
