Ideation -
Imagine stepping out in the morning only to find your car with a cracked windshield, dents, and scratches on the body—frustration kicks in instantly. Anyone would feel annoyed seeing their day start like this. But amidst the chaos, a small gesture can bring a sense of calm—on the car's bonnet sits a packet of Britannia Good Day biscuits with a heartfelt note that reads, "Bad day? Have a Good Day!"
