Beeper - the company giving you one inbox for all of your chats - launched their first consumer campaign, "Bonus Time," with indie NYC-based creative agency, Gus + social/production agency, Loop.
The Automattic-owned messaging app (WordPress, Tumblr) is making its consumer debut aiming to give everyone some "Bonus Time" ahead of the holiday break. The campaign's built around one simple idea: if you can get time back you didn't expect to have, how would you use it? It includes a compilation video along with a range of creator-led social media shorts showing what they'll be doing with their "Bonus Time" [e.g. mushroom foraging, learning how to juggle things you shouldn't be juggling].
Beeper unites WhatsApp, Instagram, Discord, Slack, Signal and more into one encrypted inbox. Instead of touting productivity, “Bonus Time” celebrates how people (and animals) actually use the moments they can reclaim to make, play, or even have some beauty sleep!
A compilation-style hero video from Gus anchors the launch, featuring creators showing how they're spending their “Bonus Time.” Production and social agency Loop helped curate and activate the roster of social media influencers.
