Severance S2 became Apple TV’s most streamed show ever. But how did we get there?
For the launch of the highly anticipated Season 2, Jellyfish partnered with Apple TV+ to concept and craft high-performing, engagement-generating content across all social channels; before, during, and after the release of the show.

Our creative north star throughout? Make Severance feel relatable by bringing its severed world into our own – on a global scale.

Our campaign took root on social, where we crafted Lumon-inspired workplace memes, served iconic IYKYK moments from the series, and created lore-driven creator content to recapture the attention of existing fans and draw in new audiences.

With audiences primed, “The Cube” pop-up at Grand Central Station disrupted the commute and shook peoples worlds, whether they were there in person or not. Word spread via a social frenzy and widespread press coverage. But that’s where our work just got started. For months, as the brand’s social agency of record, we continued to serve up countless pieces of severed content. And before long, Severance became an undeniable cultural movement.
