Interesting.

But I think they are overreaching with "cardiovascular risk".

First I see the empty plate of what could have been something sweet and delicious and the tag line "lethal obsession".
That makes me think: gunk food, sweets , overeating = bad for you.

SO I see the connection with weight loss, but not with "lowering cardiovascular risk". Does not feet.

I have to say that seeing people in the food smear is pretty sweet :)
But coffin is king of a downer.

Or that it sounds like 'zen'. I'm not defending or advocating their choice in branding, but that's what the ad agency has to work with. On the merits of the ad, it's good.
