This whole campaign is super creepy. I get it, with the whole "owl eye" concept, but i agree with "Prof" it seems like an overused idea. It is a simple idea though, and I see what they're shooting at.

Because this site is called Ads of the World, not Ads of Brazil, France, or Peru. The only reason I said what I said earlier was because the Japanese tend to like wacky things (be it ads or something else). So yeah it IS cultural.
