Your Daily Ray of Sunshine, Monday

Agency Network:
February 2011

Each execution depicts a different day of the working week. Stunningly simple, the bright and visually engaging artwork reflects the optimism of the Tropicana brand, using a different pep-talk mantra each day to encourage the reader to think positively about the day ahead, and attack it in a Tropicana way.

Print advertisment created by DDB, United Kingdom for Tropicana, within the category: Non-Alcoholic Drinks.

On what other day of the working week are you rested?
What other day offers you the same brand new start?
What other day comes with it’s own built in excuse to be grumpy?
Think about it. Monday may actually be the best day of all.

This is my favourite, maybe because I hate Mondays and this is kinda optimistic but... I still hate them anyway.
Anthropomorphic qualities can be cool, like this which I think is genius.

This is a winning set.

Brainsoup, that link... man, what does that have to do with the present set of ads?

That's it.

I didn't just discovered the wind, it just reminded me of it because I thought a little bit more about this campaign and what could have been done. I just wrote down my last thoughts. That's it.

this copy is boring and could be said in fewer words and have a bigger impact, I'm sure.

This is a warming series, and as the blurb says, a simple idea. Wednesday's a real nice one, Thursday too. This one I think could have done with a bit more separation between the sentences.

There should be a colon after 'consider this' and the middle 'stanza' should stand out.

Then you've got readability and impact. As it stands, this is a 'nearly' for me.

I don't care if Monday's blue, Tuesday's grey and Wednesday's too. Thursday I don't care about you. It's Friday, I'm in love.
