It is decent enough to understand unless you think too much.
At the super speed of car the driver needed air to breathe (held his breath or out of breath...depends on the viewers thoughts)

riyelam is right. Oxygen or oxygen/air blend, ok. Not stale air from a gas station compressor. That'd kill you. They thought so far, but not as far as their audience will.

I don´t know what´s so hard to understand. Obviously the driver got too exited because of driving such a powerfull car, I personally like the idea and the art work is very clean.
