What is a phonebox?

I think all they need is a lens flare and a floor reflection and this could be one of the worst ads of 08.

In the UK, if you get caught driving while drunk, you keep the record for 11 years in your driving licence.

I think these are way off the mark and not much of a deterent for those dumb enough to drink and drive.

bad art direction and boring copy, really uninteresting, especially for the target.

its not a good way to approach a drunk man who is going for a drive ... to tell him about china and cats and bathtubs

Weak copy, bad art. If it was greek or turkish you would give it a 2. (I'll give a 3).

At first I thought this was about being in jail for 11 years. And I didn't get it.

After reading the comment, I realize it's about haveing a DD conviction on your licence. I still don't get it.

Does that mean you can't drive for 11 years? Or you have an embarassing note on you rlicence?

I think this ad just highlights the shit legal system in UK. it highlights the fact that people dont go to jail for drink driving and even with a DD ban, they can still have the freedom to watch the tv, and still eat the same foods and breathe the same air... which then highlights the irony that you can also do these things in a (UK) jail. takes the piss.

If that's the case--the law and the ad both suck. What kind of deterrent is that, anyway? "Oh, you were drunk driving! I hearby put these words on your drivers' licence! Have a nice day!"

And shouldn't the ad be trying to change people's behaviour, instead of promoting all the fun things you can do while you're still a free man/woman?

i beg to differ that the copy is bad. art well ...

u just cant imagine that 11 years driving ban, like all the supposedly-unbelievable-facts u would have done in 11 years
