Cool Idea but poor execution.
I would have added motion blurs on this to capitalize the swift movement of that "every second".

personally, i like how they did it. the way it reads now is that you get a clear snapshot of what's happening every second. a motion blur might read as you get an unclear picture of a quickly developing story. i still get that it's happening fast from these images because each one shows an action i know to be fast.
