This could be for drunk driving. Santa drinks beer, rudolf is killed in a horrible crash.

It's a cynical "secret history" view of two legendary childhood figures, Quinus. Santa's lead reindeer of song and story -- Rudolph -- has been mounted above the bar where a dissolute, cirrhotic Santa soaks up suds on Christmas Eve.
