i was wondering why would the agency introduce the "low life" levels only - no offense - but isnt headache common enough to strike the people in offices also?

It is because there are a lot of poor than rich/middle class in the country. So you will get who their target market is. :)
Even better than the one with the hammer. This one seems more polished.
This is very filipino... the tone, the texture, the emotion, i love it... I know others were wondering why feature this level of society, but this is really who the majority of us here in the Philippines. Many cannot afford to go to doctors hence the self-prescription and even just relay on the ads they see.
