Technically you'd be right. In the real world it would look like he was just dropped off there and started walking. But this is advertising and the idea is easier to understand without footprints behind him so you're wrong ;)

Even if the GPS were showing you exactly how to get where you're going, and that's what the footprints ahead of the person is trying to portray, a person walking in the snow is still going to leave footprints behind them. For that reason alone, this gets one star.
