Concept is very cryptic. I had to google the product to find out it's an allergy nasal spray. The best I can make of it is either: because you can breathe, you can be more active and fit. Or because you can breathe, you can suck in your gut and look fit. The perkier boob execution is even more confusing.

Complicated message.. Perhaps they could photographed the nose as well? Might make the connection a little easier.

If "fill your lungs" is what you want to communicate, and people are confused, I guess the idea hasn't communicated.

Same if you're saying 'get fit'.

But I'm not sure that either of those things answer to the benefits of an allergy nasal spray. (If that's what the product is...?)

If any of that is what you're getting at with this ad, I'd suggest putting this to the side and looking at developing some of your other ideas.

It's probably because the product is instantly recognisable in Spain.

If I'm right about that, the ad is pretty damn good.

If not, it fails miserably since nobody knows what the hell's going on

why dont you get it?! the obvious is of course to think that it is some kind og "get fit" product. But you instantly get the idea of the man on the picture being able to breathe once you see the nasalspray. The products packaging is so iconic you know what it is instantly..
Amazing work, 10/10, Cannes material.

THERE'S NO HEAVIER BURDEN THAN A GREAT POTENTIAL

Cannes is a stretch. Even if the idea were crystal clear, before and after pictures have been spoofed many, many times.

I think the before is too retouched. If it were more realistic, people could have figured it out.

Cannes material?? First came before and after, then came before and after mimic with a twist, in other words..this, and that was long ago. Boring

So because something has been done before, and now it is done again - but with a very different twist it is not award worthy ?
I just think it makes it even harder to do good before and after ad's .. like this one.
