Your critiques carry the weight of a first year as well: meaningless.

What the AD originally wants is not necessarily what gets published. Sometimes it's the boss/ client with the fat MBA (instead of creative degree) who decides to play conservatively and tone down the idea; or the designer/ photographer/ crew is outside the budget scope and the concept has to be compromised.

I mean, seriously. I'd rather see you (and many others in here) try to improve on the current ad, or better yet, come up with a completely new ad with innovative concept, perfect images, and stellar copy.

It's all say an no show in this place.

You are repeating what everyone here already knows. You're the last to the party, in other words. We judge the final result here, not the strength or weakness of agency liaison to the client, or the AD's "What I really meant was..."
