I could solve it, because I read the Da Vinci Code, but I don't want to spoil it for you. Here is a clue: http://adsoftheworld.com/media/print/jwt_directory

I guess horliks makes you smart enough to decipher code... i think... but perhaps not so smart at marketing/branding/advertising.

Okay, it's not the enigma code..., but if you've got a bit of time on your hands it's fun. However, what I can't figure out is, even when you do solve it, the line has little to do with any selling message for the product. Just a thought.

I'm a great fan of this site. But never found a need to register. However, I created an account so that I can make this post.

While it is a forum for anything ad related. Can the creatives who shamelessly post work up do a little quality control, rather than posting everything they have done. Even CRAP!

It just wastes everybody's time.

So if you're smart or rather knowledgeable in criptography (and have plenty of time) you can figure out the the code and decipher the message. Each number stands for a letter. A=1, B=2, etc.

ivan
Creative Director at Ads of the World
Minimum's picture

Ok, a full lengthy explanaiton for those who still don't get it.

The numbers seen on this ad correspond with the letters of the alphabet. i.e. A=1 B=2 C=3 D=4...P=16, Q=17, Y=25, Z=26.
When you read, memorise or note down the numbers and look for the corresponding letter, your making their puzzle. When you have finished theire puzzle, you read the translated message: Age doesn't always bring wisdom sometimes age comes alone
'some have it some don't'

Now you have read that it doesnt mean that yuor smart if your old, and this product helps making the kids a bit smarter.

Hope it helped

Is the point of this that it's so boring to look at and solve that it puts you to sleep, just like Horlicks?

This kind of thing probably works when it's for a certain audience type; to me it's a simple case of JWT India not having any new ideas and having to use an old one they used before to showcase their own aegncy.

The Ad is too Crisp that it requires some time to understand.
Horlicks is a drink for smart kids. The ad is trying to say that when a child drinks it he/she becomes a master but at the end it is the kid who is drinking the Horlicks so he is not able to write correctily .
