What´s not to get?? For me it´s pretty obvious. A birthday edition has instead of a stripper evil creatures jumping out of the cake because the car is so strong. Not exactly a hard nut.

I dont defend other peoples campagins, but i just happen to knwo that the campaign ran in the whole ME region. With even more motives.
I'm not sure whether the guest up here (do not mistake him for me!) did this, but I have to say this campaign is both clearly understandable AND ugly
pretty obvious ? please, i also need a ad manual for this.
Simple ideas are the best !
It's pure contradiction of thoughts...thumbs down

Only link that I can think of is that it has a German engine (BMW), but beside that this is just weird!!

Actually, I think Mini uses Citroen engines that are made in Poland, if memory serves.
Two elements mixed, don't have to be an Einstein to decode it... anniversary = birthday cake, anything but cute = masked guy with a baseball bat.

I understand that if i buy this car, a guy with a baseball bat will smash my head hehe

Could it be that since the birthday (wedding?) cake looks "cute" on the outside, it has a monster on the inside. It's probably the persona, they want to instill in the Mini; sort of like saying this car may look cute on the outside, but it's a Monster (HP, Engine?) on the inside. I'm just guessing.
