Yep... it's a little too close than the other campaign for being totally clear.
Shame, it was a good idea, and a better artistic direction....
And the copy was excellent... However...it's done.
To be clear as you said, in my opinion this other work is not an ad.
It seems like planning charts.
For sure the visual is very close to it. They probably have used as a reference.
But i like it. Good idea.

this is the only photograph they didn't stole from the reference and it's the only one that doesn't really fit, because the earring is not crafted like a graphic, while in the other two photos the kippah and the hiyab are do crafted like a graphic.. I don't like this kind of "very very similar" executions while these references were published in blogs all over the world some months ago...
I think it's subtle and nice. Love the treatment.
