It could also just mean that the other babies could still become anything they want, but that the baby with the coloured skin doesn't have any other options.

It gets the point across but I agree with everyone, concept is off.

In defense, the other babies represent a non-dictated future... that is where the copy supports the concept.

yeah, isnt it a bit odd...like ppl from minority race wud find it offensive irte? especialy if u r a minority race and u r working as a construction worker, this ad wud demean him. I agree, the ad has unconsciously, become a racist one.
