Agree! Lego is not for this kind of ad. Though, the copy is good for social message but the visual is not educated...

The box-y blurs are Lego pieces.

Horrible ad. It doesn't work in any possible way. There's no idea what so ever. And if anyone from DDB thinks other way, please explain.

These ads make me want to look away quickly rather than buy their product. Ok, the cleavage shot less.. But still, what mother would look at a photo of a man shooting himself in the head and think "gee, they're right, I should buy my kid more Lego brand toys". If I was a kid and I saw this ad I'd ask my mom for a Lego brand gun (or heroin.. or cleavage).

Guest

lets try to think about this lego ad in the same way ppl were trying to explain the two other ads (gun, drugs)...r u trying to tell me that watching tv when i'm a kid is going to make me want to have sex when i'm an adult??
well i thought every healthy adult person has a sex drive! there is nothing wrong about tht! its natural!
the situation on the pic looks like they r couple...again whats wrong in a couple having sex??

horrible ad. id doesnt work in any possible way.

Do you not see that the blur effect that is censoring the "adult" things is composed of Lego?
Message: Lego helps keep kids innocent. Something all parents want.

Guest

This is the worst thing i have seen in months. I can't believe people actually like this. I think 90% of the positive comments come from the creatives who are responsible for this piece of crap. (I suspect they're from I......) the other 10% are people who have wrong standards.

right, so instead of having kids watch too much TV, let's show them a completely age-inappropriate image. Great idea.

Parent: "Oh, no, if I don't get my kids playing with Lego soon, they might think about having sex when they're adults!!"

Piece of shit.
