I don't know about this. The first thing it does is set up a humorous mood, only to have headline and body (even the font style) to be harsh and serious.

At far away, I wasn't thinking a judge at first, more of one of those Rococo-era aristocrats in France with those overdone wigs. I was expecting a different kind of ad because. While that's only my view and I do get why it's a judge, you can't immediately come to the conclusion that everyone will see a "judge" from the dog. I probably wouldn't have brought that up if this ad was from England, but somebody fill me in, the Swiss don't have judges wearing these wigs, do they? If they do, I retract this whole paragraph.

Also, why the paper clip? If it's to imply it's holding other papers like a police file, what's the point if you can't see anything else? It distracts more than it helps.
