I didn't make this ad disco munky. I like the the stern and doubly emphasized "weak dude. real weak" though. You sound so serious. I feel like I should go to my room for a while, without dessert.

here's the issue i have with these (and if i'm insane for saying this, please say so):
aren't these the same visuals that were used in that cool hardware store campaign that was on this site not that long ago? that seems a little weird to me. why is this? is it because of the military theme? they even look like the same shots. i'm not suggesting anyone ripped anyone off but it's bizarre how much this happens out in the world.

I find that it is a good idea but no news.But what is not new it is "flower power".
the machine of war against the tasks, a delicate and sweet machine is good. The placement of product is clean.

Do you jackasses really need an explanation? I know you all get it but just in case you really don't here it is: This stuff has such a flowery fresh potency/cleansing agent that it may as well be a freaking jet plane powering through your loads of dirty laundry.

Seriously, you all sound like little girls. Have you been in advertising for so long that you require the butler to serve you the concept on a silver platter? Would it hurt you to think about it for just a second and fetch it yourselves? Oh, and by the way, i didn't make these ads. I have no motive for defending them.

this is the best example for falling in love with a sentence and forgetting all the rest. this is an ad that says 'flower power' alright. but the rest of the stuff you said is just so easy to see cause you worked on it, i guess. and by the way: i think we all get what's meant here because it's the common wrong way ad people use to think. but that you can see the message doesn't make it a good one.

this analogy is lazy and not the f*** working for a detergent. now you should stop being a little girl in love with your own logic and develope a feeling to think like other people. cause they give a shit what you understand and like. thank you

You're right. just because it's sending a message doesn't mean it's a good one but at the end of the day the art director got a fighter jet made out of flowers into a detergent ad. What the hell would you have done? See dude, what you're missing here is the small victory one claims from finding a way to do something fun for an account and or product that offers less than appealing prospects for good advertising.

They made the best of it. What should this ad be? An illustration of a mom smiling, holding up a clean shirt next to a window with the sun gently resting on her shoulders? Ads like that still exist you know. This campaign is the kind of stuff that gets us away from the 1950's

Is this ad great? No way. Did the team that worked on this just get a fighter jet made out of flowers into a detergent ad? Sometimes things are awesome for reasons that aren't written in the book.

just for the record: that's not an F18, it's a harrier.

covering objects in flowers is nice but a harrier doesn't smell and I think they could have done better by covering an object that does in fact smell. a friggin' elephant for example.
