This is a very sweet sentiment (note: headlines are mixed up). This ad says the heart is the only suitcase that can carry things bigger than itself.

I disagree. Most make sense. Water, bottled or not, is essential for life (heart = life or to be alive)

I agree, it's a feel-good quote for the day, at very least. Nothing wrong with that. There's a definite place for this in the landscape. Coming off a 7 hour flight, I'd smile at this sentiment, maybe buy a bottle of their water if a shop had it.
