i think the art and the approach is really interesting. however why do you need to show the negative and positive in one ad. Making the cream into stuff is wrong. The visuals are engaging and interesting. If you just show the pack with the line soothes irritated skin, I get it and it makes your creative much simpler.

I hate hard executions for bad ideas. Occupy your time to get a good idea, not to execute a bad one. The cream scissor is just horrible.

Personally i think the idea is trying too hard. Visually it looks great! No question about it. But lets be serious is the consumer really going to engage with this on a emotional level? Will this trigger a response, I think not.
But then again that's just my opinion. So feel free to just ignore me ;)

Of all three, this one is best, not only the concept but also the execution. BUT there's one huge flaw which is easier to correct, the "BRAND" is extinguishing the matches in "painfully slow" speed, one match per time and there's couple of thousand more to go, come on. It could backfire hugely, i mean who wants to buy the product that work this slowly. Watch out "Fenistil" and "Saatchi & Saatchi, Switzerland". You have been warned.
