9 out of 10 people will come up with this idea if you brief them. Very very basic idea.

But the lines and the design are interesting.

agree with Dev, its absolutely loaded with meanings, look at the expression! i feel idea here is to communicate the winners and losers expressions, cool idea and interesting art and copy

Since it is Gulf, where females are often not even free to walk without Burqua, dont know if there females shares a big portion of workforce.

But I really liked copy.

I wont mind even if some people call me male chauvinist.
