Ummm... Jefferson would not have worn blue: a) He was from Virginia, where the current state capital also served as the capital city of the Confederacy, b) He was a slave owner, rumored to have sired many children with his slaves; c) Jeffersonian government would be in favor of localized self-regulation, rather than central authority. However, Washington would have definitely worn blue, but probably not Franklin. Though Franklin would probably have sided with Washington, it's safe to say that his pacifism would have kept him away from the fighting. Instead, Franklin would be hosting wild orgies with the Union women whose enlisted husbands had left them to endure such great loneliness.

90 years?!? Where'd you get that number? Oh I see, you're saying that once the constitution was written it took 90 years to implement. That's different...?

This is a really weak ad, and here's why;

1) How can we have any trust in a nation that takes 90 years to implement a law that would grant everyone the same rights.

2) It was more like 400 years of slavery and abuse. Some bullshit on a piece of paper and 90years of bickering only makes you look like a nation of evil. Try and deny it. (understand it's not you personally, but you as a whole)

Change......start with an apology to everyone you've bombed. And then go round trying to make amends for all the kids you've killed on foreign soil.

When was the last civilian killed by a foreign combatant before...wait for it...9/11? When?

Because you've killed more children in bombings than there were adults killed in 9/11.

I think your pound of flesh is starting to to look more like a pile of bodies.

I agree with you that these ads suck. I also agree with Pennypacker that you are indeed quite the douche bag!

Touché.

You can't take these posts seriously though. I'm amazed by people who think I take more than a second to write this trash. I read a bunch of old posts I don't even remember writing.

They were a mix of funny.........and awesome.

In your face "Guest". Eat it.

Ha ha ha..... you're all pissed and want to swear now?

Don't, unless it's a good burn you want to hit me with. I'll take a good ripping over the pretentious insults that this site is renowned for.

This ad is terribly weak. But I mean, come on...no one cares about your political affiliations or how cool you think it is to be anti-American.

Show me a civilization wasn't full of hypocrisy, injustice, and war, and I'll show a civilization that probably didn't amount to much.

Yeah America gives the world a lot to complain about, but if no one is criticizing anything you do, then you're likely not doing much of anything. I'm looking at YOU, Canada.

It's always interesting how it's said that a good ad makes you think, but if it makes you think the wrong thing then you're called the some buzz word of an insult.

It's an interesting theory of civilization you have, one that's probably right. My thinking was, if this is what we've BEEN doing, how would things be different if we didn't do those things. Ever.

That's all. I don't think it's "cool" to be anti-american, it's just that you make it pretty easy.

Canada rocks dude. Having everyone look at you doesn't mean you're doing anything worth watching...I know I know, the irony is a bitch.

Picking hairs but "continued" looks odd abbreviated as "con't" in a headline

Better written as "cont'd"

Actually, it was according to the declaration of independence that all men were created equal. The constitution made it pretty clear that non-white, non-landowners weren't equal in the founder's minds.

Also Disco Munky. You're short-sighted vision of history is oddly stale and over done. Call us when you've got a new and original thought. K' thanks.

Hey Disco, your profile says you're from the UK? If you're from England than you're just as bad as the US you holier than thou POS. What did England do to Ireland during the potato famine? Stand by and watch as hundreds of thousands perished and still demanded what little food Ireland had be given to England. F-off with your political views. And if you are from Canada as one of the above posts points towards, then, well your opinion doesn't really mean much anyways.

How long did it take to think of that? I only hope for your soul that you're not French-Canadian. Then you're only irrelevant, but you're a v-jay and you're irrelevant.

They are Colonial icons wearing Civil War hats to make a point: The Civil War was the continuation
of the Revolutionary War. I get it. It's smart. What the heck is wrong with you mooks?
