I beg to differ. If the payoff is different, it can't be the same creative idea. The box looks alike (a dead man lying on a street and his posture reminds of a well-know person's iconic posture) but the content is very different. Be a hero, donate your organs vs. stay alive.

I tend to disagree.
The creative idea is the same. Exactly.
The message is different.
But with the same idea i could do three other ads with three other messages...will i be original though?
