Ancient China treated criminals in this particular way, but swoop the trash bin with a human. Then they will exhibite the criminal on the street and allow the citizen to humiliate the criminal by throwing rubbish.

Where I come from these trash bins are supplied by local council for free. I've never heard of these being advertised as a consumer product but I guess in a place like China though that would be an immense government cost.
This campaign belongs in the trash.
