Is it student work?
What is the country and the agency?
The work is good. It's just a question. 2 questions, in fact.

Nothing to nag here. Just simple, funny, cool campaign that pisses me off, because it's not mine!

@ wordnerd:

And the promise isn't true:
because a „post it“ has only one sticky stripe, not two.

Hmmn, then this proves this is a student work; because the AD & CW don't even understand their own product. Let alone doing communication for the client.

just the execution could be better, if the postits had a more photo-realistic look. Sure you could hang up each of them with the one sticky side. It's not a constraint to write on them with the sticky stripe on top.

I must remember never to work on a campaign for post-its. It's FUBAR.

One is a reminder, two is forgetful but three and beyond is pure idiotic.

Aren't post it's only sticky on one edge? These show more than that... And I'm sooooo bored with post it ads.

C'mon guys, this is flawed! why would you remind yourself 5 times to buy a bookshelf?

There's no reality in it!

Again, another copy. Some years ago I saw a print which had the same idea these ones. It was a campain for a tape I dont remember the name.

the thinking's right, the execution has flows but the idea is there and if it's in a student's portfolio then it shows great potential.

it can be simply modified and it will work. stick book to the wall with one edge, put the writing just on the middle. And you have both 2 benefits of the product nicely combined! how often did you have an idea that can do that and doesn't stink?

if you guys see no potential but only flaws in things, work in an editorial office.
sorry, but if this is students work it's genius and those attacks piss me off! do you remeber how hard it was back then, when people destroy your ideas to feel better for themselves? encourage them if an idea is good, dammit. (the second part was not all for you, loading ;)

Christ, how much money does Post-It spend on advertising? I think this is about the seventy-eighth Post-It Note ad campaign i've seen on here. And for that matter, why do they even need to advertise? Do they have any real competitor?

AbraCadabra
AdDavid's picture

this is fundamentally wrong. the whole idea behind post-its is to remind you, if it doesn't help doing that (5 times) then why wud anyone use it.

I like the thinking, it's simple and nice.

But I don't think I need a bookshelf now. Post-It is much more cheaper. :p

So many of the comments here are just retarded.

And BTW, if you look closely, it IS sticking the books to the wall with just one edge.
