Not bad, but pretty much the same thing as the campaign against mobile phone use while driving. The one where the speech balloon hides the children.

The ball and the car should have that track of movement to make the scene more realistic, like its going to happen. Maybe some kid´s arms trying to reach the ball also. This ad didnt make me feel anything, I guess some issues just need to be treated with good and old shock.

I disagree, The idea works as is. adding extra elements isn't necessary if the idea is clear.
The balloon is the best, the other two are the same thing. they could do a tennis ball or whatever.
it's not a campaign just a nicely thought one off.
