Brazilian Art Directors love this background color.
I like the idea and art, BUT if you have to put the name of the guy "Benjamin Franklin" that means than it doen't set you apart enough, does it?
Anyway, well done boys, nice job!!!

I disagree with pacific blue. I think most of these figures are known for their names and their work, not their pictures (excluding maybe Churchill). The ad already takes a second or two to decipher - no need to make it more obscure by not including the name.

Yeah, The Economist did a whole campaign based on the two circles as a visual some time ago. And that one was my favotite ad of the bunch!
