what, he's getting whooped with a belt, that abuse?

My mom was Indiana Jones with a Belt, I'm sure i deserved most of it. Using a belt isn't child abuse.

Why, because I might whoop their ass when they backtalk me, or teach them everything on Mtv is lame, and not real life. I hope You don't multiply if you think taking away their X Box is punishment.

Taking away an xBox is hardly on the level with "whooping their ass." One is appropriate, the other is not; see if you can accurately guess which is which.

using belt isnt child abuse, right...
but what do you feel when you see a child being whooped...
thats the sense odf that ad...
its all about feelings...

I think the tone for this ad is completely off. If the ad itself doesn't take the matter seriously, you can't really expect other people to do so.

Child abuse is NOT funny--and should NEVER be funny. It would be hard to believe anyone who personally experienced child abuse would support this repulsive poster. On visit to a school in a developing nation, a sensitive educational poster utilized discrete stick figures to demonstrate to an essentially illiterate population, situations between parents, and between parents and children, that should not happen in family life; situations that are deleterious and harmful to the individual and the family unit. Shouldn't a literate and educated society be able to produce something as sensitive and thoughtful...
