This was done years ago in Chicago. In TV, a guy dresses up in women's clothes in front of the dog. In print, a fat guy runs naked on the beach. There was probably more.

I think this is too try-hard. An executioner is still human, and to use this profession in an print ad is to show discrimination and prejudice. While that is in line with the tag line, it might do better to use something a little more subtle.
