However noble the message, and the cause it doesn't help get your message across WHEN ALL YOU USE ARE SHOUTY CAPITALS !

Only number missing is his actual age ;p
But is this an ad to convert people to become vegetarians or donate money?
It's difficult to tell. They've written the website URL in the blood of the audience's screaming eyes.
It's more the unreadable capital letters. The bright red on the background just makes it impossible. A colour change would be like a bandage beside a guillotine.
Maybe I'm hunting for a touch of New Frontier era Hollywood zeitgeist where there's nothing but After-the-Fall cabbage soup and sweaters with holes in the elbows, but what these ads made me think of straight off was Pablo Ferro's hand-drawn type face for Dr. Strangelove.

Now that, I like. I guess it's another vote abstain.
That's it.
See that's a great reference library you wear between your ears Billoughsby; thing about those credits though are their inherent readability- the contrast in size that allows the eyes in to bring words back to the brain for processing. That's missing here.
Abstinence be damned - what say you about the red URL?
Well thanks, CP. (Obviously, it sometimes leads me far astray.)
Yeah, the red URL is flat ridiculous. Why was that let stand? No idea. Arguably it's the point of the ad, and it is hidden.
That's it.
I agree it's hard to read, but I think the message is clear. Donate.
.. / .-.. --- ...- . / .- -.. ...- . .-. - .. ... .. -. --.
agree with the red copy.. totally lost it in the background. didn't even see it there until i saw the comments.
Also, the man doesn't look lonely at all.
The message is lost some where...
the second paragraph runs the reader out of breath. otherwise the copy is a little hard on the Eyes.!
Objective not clear. Do they want viewers to donate? or appreciate what the Order of Malta is doing? or ask people to become vegetarian?
On top of that, the visual illusion creating fonts took all the focus. This ad is dead.
shahid
Yeah. The type on this ad is all wrong. And the color choice is poor, I agree.
it's great, it caught my attention and i was wow he's really a vegetarian? i know so stupid. so i've read the tiny print and felt so dumb and ashamed of myself :( really makes you wanna help
